چکیده
This article proposes a new two-stage hybrid stochastic-information gap-decision theory (IGDT) based on the network-constrained unit commitment framework. The model is applied for market clearing of joint energy and flexible ramping reserve in integrated heat- power-based systems. uncertainties load demands wind power generation are studied using Monte Carlo simulation method IGDT, respectively. proposed considers both risk-averse risk-seeker strategies, which enables independent system operator to provide decisions meeting real-time dispatch. Moreover, effect feasible operating regions combined heat (CHP) plants operation cost investigated. implemented test verify effectiveness introduced analysis obtained results demonstrates that variation demand effective supplied by CHP units.

Two-Stage Stochastic Day-Ahead Market Clearing in Gas and Power Networks Integrated with Wind Energy
The significant penetration rate of wind turbines in power systems made some challenges in the operation of the systems such as large-scale power fluctuations induced by wind farms. Gas-fired plants with fast starting ability and high ramping can better handle natural uncertainties of wind power compared to other traditional plants. Therefore, the integration of electrical and natural gas syste...
متن کاملEnergy and Reserve Market Clearing to Consider Interruptible Loads
This paper demonstrates a method to how reserve capacity and cost allocation could be determined in a pool-based and disaggregated market model. The method considers both the spinning reserve and interruptible loads as the operating reserve services. In the proposed market, generators and consumers (including participation of interruptible loads) submit offers and bids to the independent system...

متن کاملComparison of Single-stage and Two-stage Tubular SOFC-GT Hybrid Cycles: Energy and Exergy Viewpoints
In this work, single-stage and two-stage tubular solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC)/gas turbine hybrid cycles are comparatively examined from the energy and exergy viewpoints. For this purpose, mass, energy and exergy balances are applied to all components of the cycles. The behavior of tubular solid oxide fuel cell modeled in this study is validated with the experimental test data of tubular SOFC de...
متن کاملA New Procedure for Reactive Power Market Clearing Considering Distributed Energy Resources
Traditionally, conventional generation unit was used to provide ancillary services e.g. reactive power support, and spinning reserve. Nonetheless, with the emergence of highly penetrated distributed energy resources (DERs) systems and considering how beneficial they can be; it appears reasonable to use them as reactive power providers. Therefore, this paper introduces a new procedure for DERs t...
